Member database
One clean record per person
Every member, prospect, donor, and past member lives in one searchable database — with the custom fields your org actually uses, household links, and bulk actions you can undo. It's the foundation everything else reads from, so keeping it tidy keeps the whole system honest.

Built for real member data
Not a rigid CRM and not a spreadsheet — a record store shaped for how membership orgs actually work.
- Custom fields that fit your org — text, dates, choices, files, and addresses, each with its own edit permissions
- Advanced search you can save — multi-criteria filters with AND/OR logic, reused across email, exports, and bulk actions
- Tags, labels, and groups — colour-coded segmentation for email, events, content, and reporting
- Configurable member statuses — Active, Lapsed, Suspended, Archived, and your own — driving eligibility and visibility
- Households — link family members into one household with optional shared billing
- A full activity timeline — every payment, renewal, registration, and profile edit, per record

A MapleGather difference
Bulk actions you can actually trust
Tag, archive, suspend, export, or message many members at once — right in the app, not by exporting a spreadsheet and importing it back. Every bulk action shows you a preview before it commits, reports exactly what changed row by row, and gives you a 48-hour window to undo it. If something silently fails, you'll see it, not discover it a week later.
Members maintain their own records
Each member has a self-service profile where they update their own details, set their privacy preferences, and view their payment history and registrations — within the field-level permissions you set. Less data entry for admins, and members who trust that their information is theirs to manage.
On the roadmap
Getting even cleaner
Automatic duplicate detection with a side-by-side merge, smart groups that recompute themselves as records change, organization (company) contacts, and member self-service data export and deletion are on the near-term roadmap. We'll say so plainly here as each one lands — no vaporware on this page.
