Every send carries a one-click unsubscribe header, so you meet the modern CAN-SPAM and Gmail/Yahoo sender rules without thinking about it. And no account email ever contains a plaintext password — welcome, reset, and change-email all use uniform, single-use tokenized links with a documented expiry. It's the kind of thing you shouldn't have to check up on, so we made it the default.
